As a fast growing dynamic company we have taken an Agile approach to the work and development we do. This ensures agility, flexibility, speed and adaptability in the development and maintenance of our product.
Freedom, creativity and autonomy are at the core of how we work. Every feature in Reach has at least one owner who is responsible for the development and maintenance of the feature.
At the end of every month, any team member who learnt a new tool, framework, or language can share his insight and knowledge by doing a quick presentation to the rest of the team. Share your knowledge to grow as one.
On Fridays, everyone at Reach is free to work on their ideas. If you have an idea for a new feature, a use-case, or a new product suitable for the Reach environment send it here Suggestion Box. The ideas will be evaluated and if given the green light you run it as your own project, working on it on Friday's either alone or with a small team.
What's amazing about Free-Day Friday's? If your project gains traction, not only will it be added to the Reach product, but you will equally get a share of any revenue generated directly from it. If the product you developed proved to be a game changer it could equally be spinned out into a complete new product vertical!
